Vacation Bible School 2026 Registration August 3-7 [Entering 1st - 6th grade]

Monday, August 3-August 7, 9:00 a.m. - Noon | This registration form is for children who are ENTERING 1st-6th grade in the fall of 2026.

Snacks are provided each day. Please list any dietary needs in the registration form.

Youth who have completed grade 6 through 12 are invited to serve as volunteers during Vacation Bible School! Please see the church website for a link to the Youth Volunteer Form.

Mount Bethel Church does not charge a registration fee for participation in Vacation Bible School. However, costs associated with snack, crafts and other supplies generally cost $10.00 per child in attendance. Perhaps you would like to help us offset some of those costs with a donation.

At Illumination Station VBS, children will be challenged to answer Jesus’ important question to His disciples, “Who do you say that I am?” As they explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects and reveals, children will discover that Jesus is the Light who brings hope to a dark world.

Jesus spoke to them again: “I am the Light of the world, Anyone who follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.” John 8:12

We are not set up to administer any medications during VBS. If your child has any medication needs that must be administered during the VBS program hours, a parent/guardian will need to come to the Nurse Station at VBS and administer the medications as needed.

Emergency Contact
An on-site nurse will be available all week to administer basic first-aid.

In the event of an emergency, we will always call 911 first.

Following our call to 911, we will contact the Parent/Guardian 1, as listed on this form, first. In the event, that contact is not available who you would like us to call next? This should be the person most able to receive texts and/or calls during the VBS program.
 
 
 
Medical Release
I hereby release Mount Bethel Church, its staff and its volunteers, from responsibility and liablity for any injury or illness that my child may sustain during this event.  In case of emergency, I authorize an adult leader, as agent for me, to consent to an x-ray exam; medical, dental, or surgical diagnosis; treatment; and hospital care advised and supervised by a physician, surgeon or dentist (as appropriate) licensed to practice under the laws of the state where the service is rendered.  I expect to be contacted as soon as possible in case of emergency.

To help Mount Bethel Church spread the Gospel and exciting news about the activities in our church, Mount Bethel Church publicizes events and activities via our website, in-house media, and social media. 


We are seeking your permission to use your child's name and/or photograph in any media, including but not limited to the church's website, newspapers, magazines, social media, etc. Please indicate below if you provide permission, if you elect "NO" your child's name and photograph will not be taken or be blanked out, in any of our media.
