VBS 2025 Volunteer Form (Youth and Adults)

August 4-August 8 9:00-12:00 p.m. | We are looking for fun and energetic volunteers who have a desire to serve God and communicate His love to others. Being a leader is a big responsibility, but it is great to know that God can use ANY willing heart to serve at Vacation Bible School!!
Thank you for your interest in serving at Magnified Vacation Bible School! To better serve our community, we’ve adjusted the schedule and format of VBS. These changes allow us to maximize space and increase enrollment capacity—so we can welcome every child who wants to participate.
Preschool/Kindergarten VBS will be held July 29, 30, 31 from 9:00-11:30 a.m.
Children entering 1st-6th grade will have VBS the week of August 4-August 8 from 9-12 p.m.
Please complete the form below to be contacted as a helper for VBS.  Volunteers should plan on attending the Volunteer Meeting on Sunday, August 3rd, immediately following the 10:00 a.m. worship service.

Background Clearances [Volunteers 18+ years old]

We take the safety and security of our children very seriously and request that all adult volunteers in the VBS program obtain a background clearance within the past 4 years through the MBC security portal.

Even if you have a clearance, due to your work in a school or other secure location, we need to have your clearances completed through our online portal. There will be no cost to you, as it is covered under our finances.

This on-line application is handled through Protect My Ministry, Inc., an organization committed to protecting both children’s safety and your personal information. While social security numbers are required, they are kept confidential within Protect My Ministry, Inc. and not shared with Mount Bethel Church.


 
If you have had a clearance completed within the past 4 years through MBC - thank you. If not, or you are not sure, you will begin with a consent form via Dr. Kathy Hontz by completing the short Breeze form [click hyperlink or go to: https://mountbethelchurch.breezechms.com/form/c73b7b] which requests name and email contact. After that is completed a consent form will be sent via the PMM website.
